In this small group class, limited to a maximum of six participants, you'll have the opportunity to delve deeper into Pilates techniques while receiving personalized attention from our experienced instructors. Class Focus: Integration of Mat and Tower: Our class seamlessly blends traditional Pilates mat exercises with the added challenge and assistance provided by the tower apparatus. This fusion creates a comprehensive workout that targets and strengthens every muscle group while enhancing flexibility and mobility. Challenge and Support: The tower apparatus offers various resistance levels and support systems, allowing participants to tailor the intensity of each exercise to their individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our instructors will guide you through the movements, ensuring proper form and technique while encouraging you to push your limits safely.
